A garden that grew in gold. Six ruffled, molten-edged blossoms cluster across this sculptural cocktail ring, each one cupping a prong-set stone in rose pink, orchid, garnet red, deep plum, emerald green and bright peridot. The petals are textured and fluted like they were pulled from wax, and the whole bouquet rises high on an open split shank of polished and rope-twist bands. It's a true statement ring — the kind you talk with your hands to show off.
Signed ESPO (Joseph Esposito) and stamped 18KT HGE inside the band. HGE means heavy gold electroplate — this is a gold-plated costume piece, not solid gold. Brutalist styling, likely circa 1970s.
